If what we say corresponds to reality, it is true; if not, it is false. Saying &#8220;the heat of the air is 30 degrees&#8221; is a conceptual confusion. Heat is a form of energy being transferred, while temperature is a measurement. &#8220;The state decided&#8221; is incorrect \u2014 the government decided.
