The best way to learn and transform together has turned into a mere civil service. It is a profession whose meaning has been corrupted by assumptions and numbers. So, what does it teach? Aside from subject matter and technical knowledge, here we will focus on its unique outcomes that do not exist in any other field.<\/p>\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Human Management: Unfortunately, people expect a leader. Rather than taking initiative themselves, they tend to follow someone&#8217;s example and hesitate. Giving management to people who want to be managed is a bitter prescription; however, practicing this need in the classroom\u2014a need you will see in every area of life\u2014is a true lesson for life. Due to the scarcity of democratic families and the structure of the state and institution, you may have to become the dictator of the classroom. As a benevolent dictator, you should encourage the people to transition to democracy. &#8220;A tree cannot stand without a support, a human cannot survive without assistance.&#8221;<\/li>\n\n\n<li>Communication: We learn best in teaching and job interviews how much attention people pay to first impressions. The first lesson, the first agreement, setting the rules, and starting the journey in the right direction. The saying &#8220;how it starts is how it goes&#8221; echoes in classrooms. People try to save cognitive effort regarding you by labeling you.<\/li>\n\n\n<li>Multiple Intelligences: Everyone is useful, but mass education selects and exalts only propositional and linguistic intelligence. However, visual-spatial, bodily-kinesthetic, musical, intrapersonal, interpersonal, naturalistic, and existential intelligences are ignored. Students marginalized as &#8220;mischievous&#8221; can actually be successful in social or hands-on skills. A child misbehaving in class often appears to be a victim giving feedback through aggression. If you teach a fish to climb a tree, it is only natural for it to struggle.<\/li>\n\n\n<li>Emotion Management: People do not absorb information without establishing a connection. First comes meaning and motivation, then information. Human beings cannot truly connect unless they accept the person before them as one of their own. Emotions come first, information follows. &#8220;The heart listens to no decree.&#8221;<\/li>\n\n\n<li>Human Knowledge, Not Technical: What do we remember from the schools we attended for years? A bit of propositional knowledge exists, but feelings are always with us. If a teacher made us feel curiosity, discovery, happiness, and respect, then human knowledge was transferred, and permanence was achieved. &#8220;Words fly away, writing remains; the feeling that leaves a mark stays.&#8221;<\/li>\n\n\n<li>Identity Construction: A child is raised by acting &#8220;as if.&#8221; When you treat a child like a respectable individual, they become respectable. When you ask a child a smart question, they become smart. Human education rises not on a scientific ground, but on a mythical and fictional one. Every child tries to become the hero of the fairy tale told to them. Identity is the longest fairy tale a person tells themselves.<\/li>\n\n\n<li>Preparation for Life: Setting boundaries for people may sadden them, but it prepares them for the boundaries they will encounter in life. Life is tough, and it is normal to experience these difficulties in an educational environment. The greatest betrayal to a child is showing them treatment\u2014good or bad\u2014that they will never see in real life. &#8220;Strike while the iron is hot.&#8221;<\/li>\n\n\n<li>Assessment: The best students are not those with the highest grades, but those highest in humanity. Furthermore, anyone who has not tried something new\u2014meaning anyone who has not failed\u2014has not benefited from education. Highly successful people may have a fear of failure. Fear short-term produces discipline, confidence, and growth. Grades measure knowledge; character measures the human.<\/li>\n\n\n<li>Environment: A human is a product of their environment. In this regard, we are not much different from plants. The greatest opportunity for change that can be offered to a child\u2014or that an individual can offer themselves\u2014is to enter the circle of people they wish to resemble. &#8220;The fate of the seed is written in its soil.&#8221;<\/li>\n\n\n<li>Firm Yet Kind: We should try to be neither strictly good nor bad to people. Giving feedback to bad behavior is not cruelty; it is justice. Unless there is justice, other values cannot hold on either.
